Berlin Kitchen Addition Retrospective
Our client loves to cook but did not have enough space in their existing kitchen.
We designed a floor plan to move the dining room out into a small addition off the back of the home and convert the existing kitchen and dining room into one larger kitchen. The oversized island with microwave drawer and lots of seating was brightened by recessed lighting and quartz countertops. The gas range and beautiful hood create a great focal point, balanced by a large pantry wall with coffee station.
The addition off the back of the home was built on piers and open below to create a covered, outdoor living space.
Note: Small additions still need zoning and health department approvals showing property setbacks and existing septic.
