As a veteran of the Army and Air Force, Dave founded Fine Home on the core army values of loyalty, duty, respect, selfless service, honor, integrity, and personal courage.

Tony is our General Manager at Fine Home Contracting, bringing experience in construction, finance, and communications. He leads estimating, production, and sales with a focus on clear communication, accurate budgeting, and client satisfaction. Outside work, he enjoys family time, skiing, and pickleball.

BUSINESS MANAGER

Sarah Perrotti manages back-of-house operations at Fine Home Contracting with expertise grounded in a Master’s in Social Work and experience as a real estate broker, Sarah brings a unique blend of organizational skills and industry knowledge to her role. She is pivotal in ensuring that our business operations are seamless and efficient.

JENNIFER MOREAU

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Jennifer brings more than 20 years of interior design experience, along with WELL AP accreditation, a Hotel Planning and Design Certificate from Cornell University, and Science in Design certification. As a member of the Interior Design Society and Designhounds Network, she stays current on the latest products and technology. Her goal is to create thoughtful, wellness-focused spaces where every detail matters.

With a background in woodworking and hands-on craftsmanship, he brings a strong understanding of materials, construction, and problem-solving to every project. Along with years of experience collaborating on creative productions at a national level.
