GOALS
To address the limitations of the client’s smaller kitchen, we designed a seamless two-story addition at the rear of the home, giving way to a spacious, modern kitchen below and a new bedroom above. Navigating the zoning variance process to meet setback requirements was well worth it, as the addition brought both space and style to the layout.
Highlights include a spacious eat-in island perfect for gatherings, an expansive window that floods the kitchen with natural light, and a custom range hood accented by sconce lighting and a pot filler for both form and function. The microwave drawer, tucked neatly into the island, keeps everyday use convenient without interrupting the kitchen’s clean, streamlined aesthetic.
