Quality Control – The construction is done in a factory, not outside in the rain and the snow resulting in a consistently better end product.
- Faster Build Times – Choosing the design and finishes take most of the time as the factory can build your home in under a month.
Fully Customizable – Floor plans can be adjusted for any design and finish. If the factory doesn’t offer it the home can be shipped without the finishes and Fine Home Contracting can take it from there.
