Step 1: Consultation

We talk over your plans, budget, and scope to make sure your project is feasible and worthwhile.

Step 2: Design Retainer

We take a small retainer to begin your project: Pulling permits, engaging with local government, and engaging our design and project management teams.

Step 3: Contract and Production

Once all decisions are finalized, you sign a contract and we begin production on your addition or remodel!
