Morris Whole-Home Remodel Retrospective

This beautiful home on Bantam Lake in Morris suffered extensive damage due to a burst pipe on the second floor.

After the restoration team removed all the compromised drywall, insulation, flooring, kitchen cabinets, and trim, we got to work.

The client seized the opportunity of a gutted house to make some upgrades beyond what the insurance was covering. These upgrades included installing a new HVAC system, spray foam insulation, painting the exterior, and upgrading to higher-quality cabinets and countertops.
